Established Property Management Company seeks experienced superintendent for 52-units in the Little Italy area of the Bronx. You would be responsible for multiple, walk-up buildings within a short distance of each other.

We are looking for a well-qualified, live-in super to oversee all operations. Candidate must be responsible, organized and self-motivated.

Required skills include carpentry, and knowledge of electrical and plumbing. Experience with boiler maintenance and other trades, a plus.

This is a 9-5 position, with 24 hour on-call service. The candidate must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Candidate must have at least 5 years of superintendent experience. Background check required.

Responsibilities include:
